An established Philadelphia Health Organization is seeking experienced representatives to join their Call Center.
ONLY SECOND SHIFT AVAILABLE. Training is provided
You must be willing to sit for extended periods of time, take a high volume of calls, comprehend the information and then accurately relay the information to the appropriate departments, physicians, etc.
The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, learning new software, and handling a high volume of calls from people experiencing medical emergencies. Strong listening comprehension skills and communication skills are a must.
