Administrative Assistant – $15.00/hr

One of our clients is seeking a reliable and Tech-Savvy Administrative Assistant to join their team.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and polished. They must be comfortable working with working on a computer throughout their work day and be able to troubleshoot technical issues on their own as they come up.
Duties include:
  • Working with technology and computers
  • Clerical duties (filing, heavy data entry, processing confidential paperwork)
  • Answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and transferring phone calls
  • Keeping information confidential
  • Entering invoices and billing information into Excel for spending records and making sure the totals are correct
  • Scheduling and setting up virtual meetings and conferences through Zoom and Microsoft Teams
