Administrative Coordinator

Operations Temporary Support Activities

  • Perform data entry using MS Excel (Strong EXCEL Skills are required)
  • Schedule meetings for the Operations Manager to collect and confirm data from subcontractors.
  • Document/File management – maintain and organize electronic file systems.
  • Engage in professional written and verbal correspondence with internal staff and external partners.
  • Review submitted documents for completion and correspond with external partners to complete or correct submitted documents.

Support Skills and Qualifications for Administrative Coordinator

  • Proficiency in Outlook and related Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel primarily for data entry
  • Accurate data entry, basic typing skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a team, as well as independently.
  • Ability to follow program policies and procedures.
  • AA or BA in Early Childhood Education, business admin, social sciences, or education preferred.
  • Experience in coaching, career advising, technical assistance, and/or contract monitoring preferred
  • Monday- Friday 9am-5pm Option to work remotely on Monday and Tuesdays.

This Administrative Coordinator is a long-term temporary position.

Must be able to pass all background checks including child abuse clearance.
