Administrative Specialist/Patient Services Representative

Hours: 8am-5pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm.

Job Summary

The Administrative Specialist/ Patient Services Rep provides administrative support to a workgroup or individual within the Department. Under general supervision, completes administrative tasks, such as; screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible. Responsible for patient scheduling, financial screening, pre-certs, medication authorization in any combination of roles / functions. Previous experience with EPIC, Centricity required.


Education High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience 2 Year’s of  experience in a related role (Required)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Must have proof of COVID Vaccines and be able to pass all Background, Drug and Occupational Health Clearances.
