Analyst HR Technology

Part-time 10-15/Hour’s week

Radnor, PA

 

We are looking for someone who can meet with COE leaders to provide support for enhancement requests, defects resolution, and new functionality implementation. The Analyst HR Technology position troubleshoot complex application issues by diagnosing causes, identifying solutions, and coordinating corrective actions. Will be working closely with Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning and Development and HR COE team.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR application administration (PeopleSoft, Workday, HCM, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Experience working with Peoplesoft on the Benefits platform
  • Experience testing within Peoplesoft
  • Strong organization skill with high ability to multitask.

Hours: Part-time 10-15 hours a week- very flexible with the hours

Other Minimal Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with others.
  • Demonstrated experience with process management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats: formal presentations, meetings, conference calls, e-mails, and communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in accordance with corporate policies.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, data science, communications or related field or related experience (Advanced degree preferred)
