An established Philadelphia health organization is seeking experienced full-time customer service representatives to join their team.
You must be willing to sit and speak on the phone for extended periods of time, take a high volume of calls, comprehend and document the information accurately, and provide good customer service.
The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, learning new software, and handling a high volume of calls from various individuals.
Strong listening comprehension and communication skills are a must. The position will eventually be remote, so the candidate is required to have reliable Wi-Fi/Internet connection.
