A challenging and rewarding Customer Service position for a non-profit program in Philadelphia for someone with strong clerical and administrative skills. Seeking professional, articulate, customer service representatives to call clients to obtain pertinent information over the telephone. Must be able to make 30 to 40 calls per day, obtain and record accurate information and put it into the data base.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent & be able to pass a child abuse clearance
- One-Year Call Center or Customer Service experience
- One to two years’ experience calling clients on the telephone to obtain or give important information. Also answering calls to obtain or give information
- Skilled with computers, typing and data entry
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel a plus
- Articulate and excellent Telephone Customer Service experience
- Salary $11 an hour
- Daytime hours, occasional weekends, 37.5 hrs. per week
- Possible room for advancement
