Reliable and outgoing hospital billing representative needed immediately. Multiple openings. Must be friendly, detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
***Note this position is for hospital billing, NOT physician billing***
Responsibilities:Submit claims for ongoing hospital billing, payments, bookkeeping for inpatient and outpatient services, receive and respond to day-to-day inquiries from third-party carriers and patients, follow up with insurance companies on payment/collection, process correspondence, maintain patient files, etc.Hours: 7a-4p
Compensation: $22-$24
Requirements:
- Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Experience 2 Years experience in a related role (Required)
- Experience with Behavioral Health billing and follow up (Required)
- Experience using HB EPIC insurance billing and follow up experience (Required)
