HR Coordinator – Hospital Position

Only looking for candidates with Healthcare and/or hospital experience 

 Job Summary: 

 Responsible for supporting the HR department at their site, performing a variety of administrative functions for the entire HR team. Handles work that must remain confidential and sensitive. Helps organize the work so that HR operations flow smoothly. This position is the first point of contact between visitors and the HR department, triaging questions to the appropriate person

Duties include: 

  • Answer phones
  • Answer walk-up questions
  • Badge production
  • Ancillary task/projects


  • Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience General Experience in an Administrative function (Required)
  • 1 Year experience in a HR department (Preferred)
