Pay Rate: 15.00/hr.
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm with an hour off for lunch
Our client, a large university in Philadelphia, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join its H.R. Department. At least three years of HR or Admin Experience is required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- providing customer service support to new hires and applicants in person, over email, and over the phone
- supporting the department with administrative and clerical duties
- answering and directing phone calls
- processing the Form I-9 in accordance with regulations
- processing ID cards for faculty members and staff
- other duties as assigned by the department
This position starts immediately and is a good fit for a candidate who has previous experience in H.R. or credentialing.
