Finance Manager for Creative Boutique

Location – Haverford, PA


You must be:

  • A Quickbooks Specialist
  • Self-Starter who initiates ideas
  • Detail Oriented & able to successfully Multi-Task


The ideal candidate will be beyond proficient in QuickBooks, highly detail-oriented, and able to multitask. This is not a sit- down- at- your- desk- all- day job! We need someone who wants to move around, anticipate needs, add important creative input, and manage all of the bookkeeping and financial needs and records.


  • Payroll
  • Maintain employee timekeeping, as well as PTO days
  • Payroll and sales taxes
  • Weekly aging reports
  • Monthly commission reports
  • Record and reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist accountants with quarterly taxes
  • Financial reporting
  • Budget preparation and tracking
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Inventory Management
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Square accounts
  • Create purchase orders
  • Maintain a COD calendar
  • Schedule trade shows and book travel arrangements
  • HR Duties such as medical coverage for employees and onboarding/new hire paperwork
  • Office and supply management
  • Other duties as needed
