-Responsible for making outgoing calls – MUST have outgoing call experience
-Clearly and concisely explain the program or service being offered to patients
-Answer lots of questions with exceptional customer service
-Must be computer savvy and able to learn new database systems quickly
-Must be motivated to build a relationship with the person you are calling. It’s not sales – but you will need to be a great communicator and lock them in to accepting services available to them through their health insurance plan.
