Payroll Administrator – 24.00/hr.

Our client, a growing landscaping company in Huntingdon Valley, is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join its team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player with strong communication and organization skills. Being able to speak Spanish would be a plus.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, with occasional overtime opportunity.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining timekeeping system for attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments
  • Update payroll system for changes in employee status/information
  • Process weekly payroll for separate third-party payroll companies
  • Post payroll and deductions into accounting system
  • Assist in new hire paperwork/onboarding
  • Manage uniform purchases, counts and delivery to employees

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Perm employees have access to benefits including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
