Receptionist/ Patient Scheduler for Large Philadelphia Hospital

Job Summary

Performs check-in and check-out functions in addition to scheduling appointments. Greet patients and family members in a warm and welcoming manner and works as a part of a team to provide a good patient experience. Customer service is a key component of all duties.


High School Diploma or GED (Required)


2 years of experience working as a Receptionist Scheduler in a Healthcare Setting

EPIC Proficiency Required

CITRIX experience preferred
