Talent Specialist – Hospital Position

Job Summary:

The Talent Specialist is responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings at their assigned sites. This position independently identifies, screens, interviews and verifies candidate’s credentials for all positions. The Talent Specialist is responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle with all levels of employment openings throughout the Hospital Health System. Develops comprehensive recruitment strategies and actions plans in collaboration with hiring managers in effort to build a talent pipeline strategy that ensures a continuous flow of candidates is established

Requirement:

  • Education Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience 3 Years’ experience as a recruiter (Required)
  • General Experience and ability to use Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems (Required)
  • General Experience in healthcare (Preferred)
  • License/Certifications PHR – Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
